Media Advisory: “Supreme Court and the States” Webinar

Join the State Impact Center and hear from state Solicitors General during “Supreme Court and the States: A Focus on Administrative and Environmental Law in the Prior Term and Trends to Come” on Monday, September 13.


The State Impact Center and State & Local Legal Center are co-hosting a conversation on Monday, September 13 from 12:30pm - 1:45pm ET with the state Solicitors General of West Virginia, Oklahoma, Oregon, and New York, as well as Kirti Datla from Earthjustice. The discussion will be about last term’s cases and the upcoming ones on the Court’s docket, and the potential impact that the cases could have on states.
