“Issues in Focus” tells the narrative story of attorneys general advancing protective environmental, energy, and climate goals across nine issue areas. This resource:
- provides the history of litigation, agency actions, and attorney general responses in each of these issue areas;
- describes the importance of these actions to the environment, climate, public health, and consumers; and
- tells the chronological story of actions by attorneys general on each issue, focusing on the arguments the attorneys general advance in their comments and filings.
