The State Ener­gy & Envi­ron­men­tal Impact Cen­ter and the Amer­i­can Con­sti­tu­tion Soci­ety host­ed a dis­cus­sion about hon­ors pro­grams and fel­low­ship oppor­tu­ni­ties in the offices of state attor­neys gen­er­al.
