The State Impact Center cosponsored the NYU Law Environmental Law Journal’s 2024 Annual Symposium. The symposium, titled “Our Toxic Food System: Perspectives on Pesticides and Pathways to Change”, focused on the practices, regulation, and environmental justice considerations of pesticides in our agricultural system. Our Executive Director, Bethany Davis Noll, moderated the first panel titled “Sowing Equality: Environmental Justice Perspectives on Pesticides”.

*This event was approved for 3 New York State CLE credits in the category of Areas of Professional Practice. The credit is both transitional and non-transitional; it is appropriate for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys.
