Wisconsin AG Reached Settlement with Recycling Company for Illegal Air Pollution, Hazardous Waste Violations

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul announced a proposed settlement with Container Life Cycle Management LLC, which operates container reconditioning facilities, resolving allegations of illegal air pollution and hazardous waste management at the facilities. In addition to paying $1.65 million, the company must also improve its air monitoring technology and hazardous waste management plan.
