Wisconsin AG Reached Settlement with Chemical Manufacturing Company over Air Pollution Violations

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul reached a settlement with ChemDesign Products, Inc. over the company’s alleged violations of its air pollution control permit at its manufacturing facility. According to the complaint, the company exceeded emissions limits and did not accurately monitor, record, or report its emissions. The proposed settlement required a total payment of $150,000.
