Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul announced a $160,000 civil judgment against United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc. for “alleged violations of the state’s hazardous substance spills laws and wastewater discharge laws.” According to the complaint, the company did not report hazardous substance spills, as required by law, and did not properly store wastewater, among other violations.
