Washington AG Announced Sentencing of Asbestos Contractor

Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced that the owner of Above and Beyond Asbestos Removal was sentenced to 105 days in jail. He was also ordered to pay full restitution to all his victims. Boss was charged with posing as a licensed and trained asbestos removal expert. As a result, he had exposed his customers and workers to asbestos. He was required to pay 4 customers full restitution of a total of $13,350.
