Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey led a bipartisan coalition of 12 state attorneys general in sending a letter urging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to ensure that customers, not utility companies, benefit from federal tax savings resulting from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
