Three AGs Filed an Amicus Brief Regarding FERC’s Approval of PJM Interconnection’s Tariff Revisions

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh led a coalition of three attorneys general in filing a brief supporting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) approval of PJM Interconnection’s tariff revisions to its minimum offer price rule because it falls in line with energy policies of states in the PJM Interconnection region. The amici states have adopted laws supporting the development of clean and renewable energy sources to protect residents from the effects of climate change.
