Texas AG Removed Illegal Waste

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that his office had assisted the new owners of what was formerly an illegally-operated recycling facility to clean up 3.6 acres-worth of waste. The company that previously occupied the land violated multiple state laws by storing the waste, according to an investigation and a lawsuit by the AG’s office, which ultimately resulted in an injunction against the business.
