Ten AGs Filed Comments Calling for EPA Administrator’s Recusal from Clean Power Plan Rulemaking

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra led a coalition of 10 attorneys general in filing a supplemental comment letter with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) “on the lack of due process and fairness resulting from Administrator Scott Pruitt’s prejudgment of the outcome of the rulemaking to repeal the Clean Power Plan and the procedural failure of Environmental Protection Agency to disqualify Administrator Pruitt from all aspects of this rulemaking given his closed mind.”
