Ten AGs Filed a Citizen Suit Notice Announcing Intent to Sue EPA over Failure to Update Performance Standards for Wood Heaters

New York Attorney General Letitia James led a coalition of 10 attorneys general—along with the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency—in filing a citizen suit notice informing the Environmental Protection Agency of their intent to file a lawsuit against the agency for failing to review and revise as needed New Source Performance Standards for residential wood burning heaters, as required under the Clean Air Act.
