Seventeen AGs Submitted Comments on EPA’s Significant New Use Rule for PFAS

Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry led a coalition of 17 attorneys general in submitting comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on its proposed rule to designate certain inactive per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) as significant new uses under the Toxic Substances Control Act. The AGs urged EPA to broaden the scope of the the proposed rule to include all known PFAS.
