Pennsylvania AG Charged Pipeline Company with Environmental Crimes

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced criminal charges against ETC Northeast Pipeline LLC for illegal activity in its construction and management of the Revolution Pipeline. Despite knowing that construction carried the risk of erosion, the company ignored recommended erosion controls. Even after construction caused two separate landslides the company still did not implement erosion controls.
