Pennsylvania AG Announced Charges against Shell for Pollution Caused by Pipeline Construction

Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry filed charges against Shell Falcon Pipeline LP after an investigation revealed that the company failed to notify the state Department of Environmental Protection about pollution that occurred during construction of a pipeline. Additionally, the charges allege that Shell violated its permit by failing to install data logging devices on its drilling equipment.
