Oklahoma AG Announced Consideration of Litigation over PFAS Contamination

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond announced that he is exploring litigation over PFAS contamination. Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) also known as “forever chemicals” for their resistance to breaking down in the human body and the environment; exposure to PFAS has a variety of health impacts, including cancer. AG Drummond is accepting proposals from private law firms to litigate this issue.
