Ohio AG Sought to Stop Bioenergy Company from Polluting Nearby Air and Water

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost filed for a contempt motion against a bioenergy company for storing unsafe amounts of organic waste at one of its treatment facilities, violating a preliminary injunction from earlier in the year resulting from a complaint over air and water pollution. According to the motion, the excessive amounts of solid waste threatened the nearby water and air quality.
