Ohio AG Reached Agreement to Shut Down Organic Waste Facility over Environmental Violations

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced that his office reached an agreement with the owners of an organic waste treatment facility to shut down the facility in order to resolve ongoing environmental violations. AG Yost had previously sued the company for air pollution violations, which were resolved through two consent orders, but the water violations remained unresolved, prompting this action.
