Ohio AG Announced Clinton County Polluter Sentenced to Two Years in Prison

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced that a Clinton County “environmental terrorist” was sentenced to two years in prison. The individual created significant public hazards by illegally burning wood paneling, drywall, plastic and other solid wastes. He was found guilty for two counts of illegal open burning of solid waste and two counts of causing air pollution.
