Nineteen AGs Filed a Motion to Intervene Defending California’s Heavy-Duty Truck Waiver from EPA

California Attorney General Rob Bonta led a coalition of 19 attorneys general—along with the cities of New York and Los Angeles—in filing a motion to intervene in a number of lawsuits, including one brought by a coalition of states led by Iowa, against the Environmental Protection Agency for issuing waivers allowing California to establish standards for emissions from heavy-duty vehicles.
