New York AG Filed Lawsuits against Bus Companies Polluting in NYC Communities

New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a lawsuit against three bus companies for repeatedly allowing their buses to idle near schools, bus yards, and public housing located near low-income communities and communities of color throughout New York City. AG James sought monetary relief and a court order to ensure that the companies will comply with idling laws.
