New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Connecticut Attorney General George Jepson filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) “for violating the federal Clean Air Act by failing to curb ground-level ozone (or ‘smog’) pollution that blows into New York” and Connecticut.
