New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado AGs Reached Agreement over Rio Grande River Control

New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser reached an agreement that resolves litigation over control of water from the Rio Grande River, which has been ongoing for nine years after Texas filed a lawsuit. The agreement is subject to approval by the federal government.
