DECEMBER 6, 2018
New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) filed a lawsuit against owners of an industrial property in Trenton for failing to comply with a DEP order to clean up oil, hazardous waste, and other illegal solid waste at the site (known as 323 N.
