New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal, along with the Department of Environmental Protection, filed a lawsuit against the owners of 125 Monitor Street in Jersey City, a contaminated industrial property that was occupied by an abounded warehouse at the time of the lawsuit.
