New Jersey AG Sued Company for Hazardous Contamination at Three Different Gas Stations

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal, along with the Department of Environmental Protection, filed three lawsuits against Little Mason Properties, LLC and one of its managing members over allegations that the company failed to remediate contamination at three separate properties in New Jersey: Road Runner Fuel Site in Hillside, Friends Gas Station in Newark, and Delta Gas Station in South Orange. These actions were part of a tranche of lawsuits taken as part of the New Jersey AG Office’s environmental justice initiative.
