New Jersey AG Sued Companies over Illegal Hazardous Pollution

New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin, along with the Department of Environmental Protection, filed a lawsuit against International Customer Corp. and other affiliated parties for failing to address hazardous contamination of soil and groundwater. The hazardous substances at the site included arsenic, PCE, lead, and nickel. This action was part of a tranche of lawsuits taken as part of the New Jersey AG Office’s environmental justice initiative.
