New Jersey AG Filed Lawsuit against Companies Responsible for PCB Contamination

New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin, along with the Department of Environmental Protection, filed a lawsuit against SB Milltown and other parties responsible for the discharge of transformer oil onto the company’s property, which contaminated the soil and nearby waterways with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
