New Jersey AG Filed Lawsuit against Companies Responsible for PCB Contamination

New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin, along with the Department of Environmental Protection, filed a lawsuit against SB Milltown and other parties responsible for the discharge of transformer oil onto the company’s property, which contaminated the soil and nearby waterways with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). This action was part of a tranche of lawsuits taken as part of the New Jersey AG Office’s environmental justice initiative.
