New Jersey AG Established Environmental Enforcement and Environmental Justice Section

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal announced the restructuring of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General to create a new Environmental Enforcement and Environmental Justice Section. The Section will use both current and new resources to bring enforcement actions and promote environmental justice across New Jersey.
