Michigan AG Succeeded in Endangered Species Advocacy

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued a statement supporting a decision by a California district court to vacate the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service’s removal of gray wolves from the endangered species list. AG Nessel joined an amicus brief last July opposing the move, alleging that the agency had violated the Endangered Species Act.
