Michigan AG Ordered Flint Chemical Company to Address Pollution

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued an order against a Flint chemical company after the company’s use of defective wastewater equipment polluted a nearby river. Following community complaints and a forensic investigation, AG Nessel’s office identified the company as the source of the pollution. Under the order, the company had to stop using the leaky wastewater tunnels until they were fixed.
