Michigan AG Opposed Utility’s Attempt to Pass Unsubstantiated Costs onto Consumers

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel filed testimony before the Michigan Public Service Commission opposing requests by DTE Gas to increase rats for consumers, calling them “excessive and unnecessary.” Specifically, AG Nessel argued that DTE was attempting to pass unsubstantiated costs on to consumers, including costs of executive corporate jet travel. She urged MSPC to reject the requests.
