Michigan AG Launched Website with Resources and Information on Utilities

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that her office launched a new website to serve as a centralized source for information and resources related to AG Nessel’s work on ratepayer cases. The website includes a feedback form for residents to provide information and complaints related to utility services; resources for residents to learn more about their utility providers and become engaged in ratepayer proceedings before the Michigan Public Service Commission; and FAQs and a video from the AG’s office explaining how the process works, addressing common concerns, and warning consumers about imposter scams.
