Michigan AG Filed Testimony to Lower Gas Rate Hikes

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel filed testimony with the Michigan Public Service Commission requesting a 75% reduction in the $212 million rate increase that Consumers Energy had requested, as well as elimination of its requested increase to monthly service charges.
