Michigan AG Filed Comments Criticizing DTE Electric Company’s Distribution Plan

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel sent comments to the Michigan Public Service Commission criticizing DTE Electric’s distribution plan, which laid out “the company’s 5-year investment plans for their electric distribution grid.” In her comments, AG Nessel argued that DTE’s plan “lack[ed] both affordability and accountability” and will create a significant cost burden for consumers.
