Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, along with the Citizens Utility Board of Michigan, urged the Michigan Public Service Commission to ask utilities and other interested parties to explain how they plan to use federal clean energy grants and programs from the $550 billion infrastructure bill signed November 2021.
