Michigan AG Announced Arrest of Contractor for Failing to Appear in Court over Asbestos Violations

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that the owner of A.L. Saylor Excavating and Demolition, LLC had been arrested for failing to appear in court for “a hearing related to a judgment against his company for improperly demolishing asbestos-containing properties.”
