Massachusetts AG Secured Penalties against Property Developer and Consultants over Asbestos Safety Violations

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey secured a settlement that required a property developer and two asbestos consulting companies to pay up to $285,000 in civil penalties for improperly handling, storing and disposing of asbestos during renovation of an affordable housing complex in Rockland, Massachusetts.
