Massachusetts AG Saved Gas Customers $1.7 Million through Successful Rate Reduction Agreement

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced an agreement with The Berkshire Gas Company, which was approved by the Department of Public Utilities, resolving a request by the company to increase its profit by $7.4 million. Under the agreement, Berkshire will only increase its revenue by $7.4 million, saving consumers $1.7 million.
