Massachusetts AG Launched Outreach Campaign Educating Public on Dangers of Illegal Idling and How to Report It

Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell’s office launched an outreach campaign to empower communities and individuals to report illegal idling. Illegal idling, especially from commercial diesel vehicles, contributes to poor air quality, and disproportionately impacts vulnerable populations. The campaign included the release of two videos, produced in collaboration with community partners in New Bedford, about illegal idling, how to report it through the AGO’s Illegal Idling Tip form, and resources available to help.
