Massachusetts AG Launched Grassroots Effort to Support Clean Energy in ISO-New England

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey launched an effort to raise public awareness of the role of wholesale markets in the transition to clean energy, and to gather signatures on a petition urging ISO-New England “to adopt energy market rules that promote affordable clean energy, healthy communities, and climate protection.” The campaign focused on drawing attention to the economic and public health costs of fossil fuel usage, and empowering Massachusetts ratepayers to advocate for a cleaner energy system.
