Massachusetts AG Filed Comments on ISO-New England’s Clean Energy Integration Program

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey filed a partial protest and comments on ISO-New England’s plan to incorporate state mandated clean energy procurements into its forward capacity auction. The protest noted that, as designed, the program, Competitive Auctions with Sponsored Policy Resource (CASPR), would not provide a reliable way for these resources to participate in the market.
