Massachusetts AG Filed a Motion to Dismiss in Liberty Gas’ Request for Biomethane

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey filed a motion to dismiss Liberty Gas’ request to the Department of Public Utilities to purchase biomethane over a 20 year period. The AG argued that the department has not finalized their “future of gas” investigation of biomethane and thus cannot grant this request.
