Maryland AG Charged Company for Illegal Hazardous Waste Disposal

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh announced that a waste hauling company that his office had previously charged for transporting hazardous waste without the proper permits had been sentenced. The company was required to pay $500,000 and was put on probation for five years.
