Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) “for failure to take timely action on a petition from Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) asking the EPA to take action to stop pollution from a Pennsylvania coal-fired power plant from blowing our way.”
