Connecticut AG Moved for State Custody of Neglected Animals

Connecticut Attorney General William Tong moved for state custody of neglected animals from Beacon Falls farm after a complaint alerted the AG’s office to unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Following an inspection of the site, state animal control officers took custody of 99 sheep, one goose, and 21 cats. The owner of the farm was charged with animal cruelty.
