Colorado AG Filed Amicus Brief in ‘Sackett v. EPA’ Clean Water Act Case

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser submitted an amicus brief supporting the “significant nexus” interpretation of the Clean Water Act, which was in question at the Supreme Court in Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency, in which the Supreme Court was considering which bodies of water could be regulated under the Clean Water Act.
