California AG Succeeded in Charges against Gas Spill Company

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced that his office had succeeded in bringing charges against SFPP, an operating partner of an oil and natural gas company, for a 63,000 gallon gasoline spill from one of its pipelines. The November 2020 spill discharged gasoline into Walnut Creek in California. The company will pay $2.5 million and has been placed on an 18-month probation.
