California AG Made Statement Following Restoration of Clean Car Standards Waiver

California Attorney General Rob Bonta made a statement after the Environmental Protection Agency restored the state’s Clean Car Standards waiver, which allows California (and any other state that so chooses) to set its own vehicle emissions standards. This authority had previously been revoked under the Trump Administration.
